$35 per person. This is a guided step-by-step painting session. All materials will be provided. We will have complimentary drinks and snacks. You must be 21+ years of age to be served wine.

Together, we will engage in open dialogue that honors the immense value of our children—those whom God has lovingly entrusted to us as our first ministry. Bring your faith, your questions, and your hopes. We are here to walk with you.

February (Febrero) 28 – March (Marzo) 1

Embrace Ministry Commissioners and the Office for Deacons are providing LBGTQ+ Ministry formation for diaconate candidates and their wives. This event is closed to the public, but we ask for everyone’s prayers.

We lift up this time of formation with a spirit of welcome, inclusion, and deep pastoral care. As a Church, we are called to accompany all of God’s people with compassion and humility, especially those who have too often felt unseen, unheard, or rejected.

We pray that this formation strengthens our future deacons to serve and love our neighbors with the heart of Christ, recognizing the dignity of every person, honoring the diversity within the Body of Christ, and building communities where all feel safe, valued, and embraced.

May this work bear fruit in ministries that reflect God’s tenderness, justice, and joy.

 

Los Comisionados de Embrace Ministry y la Oficina del Diaconado están ofreciendo formación sobre el Ministerio LGBTQ+ para los candidatos al diaconado y sus esposas. Este evento no está abierto al público, pero humildemente pedimos sus oraciones.
 

Elevamos este tiempo de formación con un espíritu de acogida, inclusión y profundo cuidado pastoral. Como Iglesia, estamos llamados a acompañar a todo el Pueblo de Dios con compasión y humildad, especialmente a quienes con demasiada frecuencia se han sentido invisibles o no rechazados.

Oramos para que esta formación fortalezca a nuestros futuros diáconos a servir y amar a nuestros prójimos con el corazón de Cristo, reconociendo la dignidad de cada persona, honrando la diversidad dentro del Cuerpo de Cristo y construyendo comunidades donde todos se sientan seguros, valorados y abrazados.

Que este trabajo dé fruto en ministerios que reflejen la ternura, la justicia y la alegría de Dios.
